This cell utilizes
** A 4KW laser power supply
** Fiber beam delivery
** A wobble head — for welding automotive exhaust parts
** A material handling robot that manipulates the parts to the stationary laser head.
** An automatic tool changer that allows the cell to weld several different assemblies with a quick changeover procedure.
The entire robot and laser system are housed in a light-tight enclosure with a fume collection device to ensure safety.
