CR Rocker Arm Welder
- Comes in 4 sizes
- Many force, KVA, and throat combinations
- Excellent clearance around upper and lower horns for spot welding formed parts
- Lower cost than press welders
- Not suitable for projection welding
- Pivoting motion can cause half moon weld
AP Press Welder
- Comes in 4 sizes
- Many force, KVA, and throat combinations
- Excellent frame rigidity
- Well suited for projection welding
- Can be equipped for spot welding
- Straight line action, using a truck and rail ram guidance, provides rigidity required for projection welding
- Better cosmetics for spot welding than a Rocker Arm Welder
- Can be equipped with platens for attachment of specialty tooling
APS Press Spot Welder
- Comes in 2 sizes
- Many force, KVA, and throat combinations
- Excellent frame rigidity
- Well suited for spot welding and projection welding
- Straight line action, using a truck and rail ram guidance, provides rigidity required for projection welding
- Better cosmetics for spot welding than a Rocker Arm Welder
- Lower horn and knee are not as rigid as AP Welders
- Higher cost factor than a Rocker Arm
BP Press Welder
- Comes in 1 size
- Many force, KVA, and throat combinations
- Lighter duty version of the AP family
- Lower force and KVA range than AP’s
- Lower cost factor than AP’s
- Equipped with horn for spot welding or knee with horns and holders
- Suitable for spot or projection welding
- Smaller footprint than AP’s

CPS & LPS Seam Welders
- Manufactured in 2 primary versions
- 2CPS for welding panels with the parts traveling side to side
- 2LPS for welding parts (i.e. tubes) with the part traveling into the throat of the machine
Seam Welders with Automation
- For larger volume projects, a seam welder can be parried up with a robotic part handler, like the Bumper Seam Welder shown.
FG C-Frame Welders
