Our team brings together mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering to deliver full Turnkey Solutions. We're growing fast and looking for a skilled Electrician to join our hands-on team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrician with a strong background in industrial automation. This role involves wiring, building, and troubleshooting electrical panels and machinery based on engineering drawings and schematics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment and be comfortable working in both shop and field settings.
- Build and wire custom industrial control panels per customer/industry standards.
- Install conduit, cable trays, wireway, and associated hardware.
- Terminate electrical components, including motors, sensors, relays, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and safety devices.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and bills of materials.
- Support mechanical and controls teams during machine debug, testing, FAT, and installation.
- Perform field installations and electrical start-ups at customer sites as required.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all electrical builds.
- Provide feedback to engineering to improve designs and field performance.
- 3–5 years of industrial or automation-related electrical experience.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and panel layouts.
- Proficient in using hand tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E, UL508A, and industrial safety practices.
- Experience working with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) is a plus.
- Being able to travel occasionally for installation and service work is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of PLC wiring (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
- Familiarity with machine safety circuits (e.g., light curtains, E-stops, safety relays).
- Experience in the automation, robotics, or OEM equipment industry.
