Part Handling Automation
Our customer had an existing piece of equipment that needed to be reconfigured for a new product. TKS altered the part handling and updated obsolete electronics.
Robotic Dispensing
This three axis module is fitted with a dispensing head that precisely places an adhesive bead on an aluminum part so that a vibration dampening plate can be assembled.
Robotic Machine Tending of an 800lb Casting
This robot on a 7th axis tends to three horizontal machining centers. It uses one EOAT to manipulate the part through 3 different part loads.
Machining Automation
Turn-Key automated machining cell. Infeed conveyors, part pallets, Fanuc robot with an integrated 7th axis, specialized EOAT, CNC fixtures, tooling and programming.

Dedicated Equipment
Specialized high-volume machine for drilling and tapping capable of 800pph. This special machine has an optimized machining process with automated part handling and in-process gauging all in a small footprint.
Robotic Dispensing
This dedicated equipment utilizes a walking beam to transfer two pistons through a bearingizing process, part marking and a final inspection on the ring groove.
This machine was specialty built to remove a salt core ring from an aluminum piston.
