
Using the skills described the ideal candidate will have the ability to start from scratch with manufactured parts, purchased parts and engineering prints to build and test complete assemblies. This will include hydraulic and manual fixtures of varying complexity. Must be able to assemble other machine components such as conveyors, machine bases and custom designed automation machines. Some travel may be required for installation work at customer’s facilities. This job requires flexibility in a fast paced environment to meet delivery deadlines. Mechanical assembly of robotic automation, CNC fixturing, and special machinery.
Ability to read part and assembly prints.
Understanding of basic hydraulic circuits, functions and schematics.
Hydraulic tubing fabrication for completion of fixture circuits a plus.
Be able to measure parts and features using gages, scales, bore gages and micrometers etc.
Familiarity with 80/20 aluminum extrusion guarding a plus.
Welding, fabricating and basic machining skills a plus.
Ability to work in a team environment towards common goals.
Be able to provide feedback for improvement of any processes involved in our production of finished products.
Must be punctual and be able manage time effectively.
Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Have your own hand tools for assembly work.
Must be able to drive a forklift.
Clean driving record.
Must pass background check and drug test as a condition of employment.
